The 5th China International Fair for Investment in Property （CIFIP）was held in Xiamen, China, from September 7-11, which is the largest and most professional property exhibition in China. Many overseas property companies attended CIFIP, because Chinese investors are looking abroad for high-return property investment opportunities.

China Business Network（CBN）and its own Find Properties Overseas participated in CIFIP, which cooperate with large numbers of overseas real estate companies, land owners, real estate developers, property brokers and so forth. CBN brought many property investment projects for Chinese, such as Emerald Beach Resort & SPA Bulgaria, Mogan’s Point Resort Bermuda, France-Leggett Prestige, America-Glazers Realty, Britain-Hamilton Grand etc.

Chinese property deals abroad rose sharply in 2012 to $1.86 billion from $547 million in 2011 and $90 million in 2010. A rising number of Chinese developers are investing in overseas property projects, and now Chinese have total overseas projects valued at more than $10 billion.
