Guangzhou International Property & Investment Exhibition (GIPI) was successfully held on November 15-17 in Guangzhou, China. It is the largest international property exhibition in south China and aim to help Chinese invest overseas property. This three-day event drew near one hundred overseas property companies and more than one hundred thousand audience.

According to Jones Lang LaSalle, Chinese offshore real estate investment volumes for 2013 have exceeded $5 billion, smashing the previous record of $4 billion for 2012.
